Problem with my laptop

As the title has explained, there is a problem with my laptop. When I was surfing the web, suddenly it just froze. Then there is only one solution, shut the power of, I did. However, when I power it back on, it just won't get into the OS.

There is nothing I can do about it. If I can get into the OS, maybe I can do something about it, but I can't. I took the it to the computer shop Saturday, but the technician was not there. He should be there today, so I will check later.
