Podcast conference

Some update on the podcast: I've sent out about 10 message asking people to join the podcast team, some never reply, some reply but are not very interested and some say yes. Finally got 4 to 5 people on the show, as co-hosts. However, they are spread all over the world, we have to find out a time that will suit all the people, which is really the hardest part.

Also, I am making up the topic for the first show and we will have a Skype conference later to discuss the detail of the show, I am really looking forward to the first episode!
